How the Age Calculator Works
The calculator subtracts your date (and time) of birth from the selected reference date (defaults to today) and presents the result both as a calendar difference (years–months–days) and as continuous totals (days, hours, seconds). We account for month/day borrowing, leap years, daylight saving transitions, and leap-day preferences.

- Totals: UNIX-epoch milliseconds delta divided by relevant constants.
